Trafza Style LLC, trading as Trafza (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operates www.trafza.com. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, sign up for updates, place an order, or contact us. We are responsible for our processing as described here and act as a controller where that term applies.
1. Information we collect and its sources
- Contact and delivery information: your name, email address, phone number, and billing and delivery addresses, provided when you subscribe, purchase, or communicate with us.
- Order and transaction information: products, sizes and other variants selected, order history, payment status, transaction references, deliveries, returns, and refunds. Payment providers process the payment credentials needed to complete your transaction.
- Account information: information associated with a customer account if you create or use one.
- Communications: customer-service messages and any photographs or other information you choose to send.
- Device and browsing information: IP address, browser and device characteristics, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, and interactions with the website, collected through Shopify and similar website technologies, subject to applicable consent requirements.
We receive information directly from you, automatically through your use of the website, and from service providers such as payment, delivery, and ecommerce providers when needed to provide their services. Shopify may also provide information and insights through the services described below. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information in customer-service messages.
2. Why we use information
We use information to process and deliver orders, take payments, handle returns and refunds, provide customer support, maintain accounts, send service messages, protect against fraud and misuse, improve the website, and meet legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations. When you sign up for store updates or other permitted marketing, we use your contact details to send those communications. Advertising-related processing through Shopify is described below.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performance of a contract or steps you request before contracting for orders and related service; legal obligations for required records and disclosures; legitimate interests for proportionate security, fraud prevention, service administration, and improvement, after considering your rights; and consent for activities that require it, including relevant marketing and optional tracking. You can withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
3. Who receives information
We disclose relevant information to providers that support ecommerce hosting, payments, order fulfillment, delivery, customer service, technical operations, and professional advice. Order fulfillment and delivery can involve sharing your name, delivery address, contact details, and order information with the providers handling your order. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect lawful rights, with your direction or permission, or in a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
4. Shopify and enhanced services
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information about your visits and purchases and, through Shopify Network Intelligence, combines it with interactions across Shopify and other merchants to support enhanced services, including personalization and advertising. Shopify and other service providers may process information in other countries. Shopify has its own responsibilities for certain processing. 5. Cookies, advertising, and your choices
Essential technologies help operate functions such as the shopping cart, checkout, security, and privacy preferences. Other technologies may support analytics, personalization, and advertising. Where required, optional technologies are used only with consent. You can revisit available cookie preferences on our website and change browser settings; blocking essential technologies may affect functionality.
Advertising-related disclosures may qualify as “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some US privacy laws, even without a cash payment. Choices may be specific to a browser or device unless we can associate them with you.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message or by contacting us. This does not stop necessary order, security, or service communications. A purchase is not conditional on consenting to optional marketing.
6. Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including fulfilling orders, administering returns and disputes, maintaining requested accounts, meeting tax and accounting requirements, and honoring privacy preferences. Retention depends on the type of record, our legal duties, and the circumstances. We then delete or de-identify information as appropriate, subject to lawful retention and backup cycles.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and risks. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. International processing
Our business contact address and the Shopify data-hosting location configured for our store are in the United States. Shopify and other providers may process information in other countries, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Shopify describes its international processing and transfer arrangements in its Consumer Privacy Policy. Where applicable law restricts a transfer, the transfer requires a valid legal mechanism or safeguard. Contact info@trafza.com for details of the providers, destinations, and applicable arrangements relating to your information, including how to obtain a copy of relevant safeguards. A US business or hosting address does not mean all order-related information stays in the United States.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may be entitled to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Some laws also provide rights concerning specified uses of sensitive information or significant solely automated decisions. The availability of a right depends on the law and processing involved.

We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority, without requesting more information than necessary. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and do not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we cannot fulfill a request, we explain the reason where required. You may appeal a decision by contacting us with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line where an appeal right applies.

9. Children
Our services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children below the age at which parental authorization is required under applicable law, or knowingly sell or share personal information about children under 16. If you believe a child has provided information inappropriately, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
10. Updates and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. Merely continuing to browse is not a substitute for consent when consent is legally required.
