How do I return an item?
Submit a return request through your customer account or email info@trafza.com within 30 days of delivery. Send the return within 14 calendar days after your request. Our company address is the return address. Statutory withdrawal does not require prior approval; see the Return and Refund Policy for complete instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
We initiate eligible refunds within 7 business days after receiving and checking the return, or earlier if applicable law requires. Original shipping charges are normally not refunded for change-of-mind returns, except where the law requires otherwise. We cover necessary reasonable postage for product problems; buyers cover non-product-related return postage.
